As of January 16, 2012, Eagan Chiropractic/Michael Fleischhacker, D.C. have moved to the HealthPartners Eagan Clinic.
The HealthPartners Eagan Clinic is located on the corner of Diffley and 35E, right next to Kowalski’s Market. The address is 1654 Diffley Road #100, Eagan, MN 55125.
You do not need to change your primary care doctor or clinic to continue seeing Michael Fleischhacker, D.C. As always, we will continue to welcome all insurance carriers and self pay.
Clinic hours at the HealthPartners Eagan Clinic are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. To schedule an appointment, please call the HealthPartners Appointment Center at 952-967-7477.
Additionally, Eagan Chiropractic’s current phone number, 651-688-0462, will forward to the HealthPartners scheduling number for the next few months.
Moving into the new clinic will give you the option of receiving all your chiropractic, medical and urgent care needs under one roof.
